Madison Alligood

Madison Alligood is the Deputy General Counsel for the Senate President Pro Tempore at the North Carolina General Assembly. In this role, she supports the General Counsel on legal matters and serves as the policy advisor to the Senate Health Committee and Senate Appropriations on Health and Human Services. Madison earned her undergraduate degree from North Carolina State University in 2018 and law degree from Wake Forest School of Law in 2021. Formerly, Madison served as a law clerk to the Honorable Richard Dietz at the North Carolina Court of Appeals. In the community, Madison serves as a Guardian ad Litem child advocate and a team captain for the Junior League of Raleigh’s partnership with StepUp Ministry.
