Logan Martin

Logan Martin is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in the political and policy landscape across the southeastern United States. He has built a career marked by significant contributions to the field, beginning with his early work alongside Representative Jon Hardister, the majority whip, and later with Senior Appropriations Chair, former Representative Nelson Dollar. During this time, Logan played a pivotal role in shaping the state’s annual budget and advancing key policy initiatives.  In his previous role with the largest association of provider agencies in North Carolina, Logan served as an in-house lobbyist and led internal policy committees focused on foster care, mental health, and substance use legislation and regulations.

Now, as the President of Skyline Strategies, Logan provides government affairs, lobbying, and strategic consulting services across the country.  He has successfully navigated legislative and regulatory challenges, securing funding, advancing policy priorities, and fostering key relationships with decision-makers across numerous states. His expertise spans healthcare access, public safety technology, disaster recovery, and workforce development.

Logan holds a degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where he was recognized for his academic excellence as a member of the Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Society. He was also honored as a 2015 Fellow of the North Carolina Institute of Political Leadership and more recently as a 2025 graduate of the E.A. Morris Fellowship for Emerging Leaders program.

Logan lives in Clayton, NC, with his wife, Lizzi Martin, and their daughter, Sawyer Grace. When he’s not working, he enjoys traveling, good barbecue, and trying new bourbons.
