Leah Byers

Leah Byers is a government affairs associate at the John Locke Foundation. Prior to working with the John Locke Foundation, she was a policy analyst at the Civitas Institute and a former legislative intern for the NC House Majority Leader. Byers received her MPA (policy analysis and education policy) from the University of Kentucky and her undergraduate degree from NC State University.
