Howard Stearn

Howard Stearn is the owner of Mindset Safety Solutions and a safety manager for Choate Construction Company. He formerly worked as a safety officer for DECO Demolition and Environmental, The Urban Electric Co., and Sanders Brothers Construction, and the safety and training supervisor for RJ Martin National. Stearn studied civil engineering technologies at Old Dominion University and is an East Carolina University graduate.
