Heather Mobley

Heather Mobley is a private practice family attorney representing parents in Department of Human Services hearings. Mobley is an active member of her community, engaged in Cabarrus County Meals on Wheels, The SplashPaw Foundation, and the Cabarrus County Mental Health Task Force. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Appalachian State University in political science and earned her JD from Wake Forest University, where she was a research assistant and law-review editor.
