Elliot Engstrom

Elliot Engstrom is a deputy county attorney at Cleveland County. He has also represented and advised all departments of Cleveland County Government and was a Legal Method and Communication fellow at Elon University. Prior to his fellowship with E. A. Morris, Engstrom served as lead counsel for the Civitas Institute’s Center for Law and Freedom and as director of communications for Young Americans for Liberty. Engstrom received his BA in French from Wake Forest University and his JD from the University of Georgia.
