David Capen

David Capen is a seasoned political strategist and public affairs consultant with over a decade of experience at the federal, state, and local levels. As President of Capen Consulting, LLC, he has built a winning record in political campaigns, strategic communications, fundraising, and public relations, with an unparalleled 89% victory rate across 52 campaigns. Previously, David served as director of policy at the North Carolina General Assembly and worked for the U.S. House Committee on Ways & Means. He has been featured in numerous outlets like PBS North Carolina, The Hill, and POLITICO. A graduate of Campbell University, David lives on a small horse farm with his wife, Rachel, and enjoys golf, shooting clays, and traveling.
