Brandon Mills

Brandon Mills is the president and incident commander at Regal Specialists, as well as the owner of RAMPANT, LCC, a web design company. He is the former owner of dba Great Elephant, the former communications director at Fellowship of Christ EPC, and the former web master for the NC General Assembly. A UNC-Wilmington graduate, Mills also studied business at Gardner Webb University and crisis/emergency/disaster management at the University of Pittsburgh.
