Bill Southern

Bill Southern serves as chief district court judge for Stokes and Surry counties and resides in the town of King, NC. A former prosecutor in the district attorney’s office, Southern graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill with degrees in political science and American studies, and earned his JD from the Texas Southern University Thurgood Marshall School of Law.
