Bill Gilbert

A native of North Carolina, Bill was the Executive Vice President for the John Locke Foundation.

Bill spent many years in the nonprofit sector helping organizations grow and expand their reach through thoughtful, data-driven strategies. Throughout these various leadership roles, Bill has successfully and innovatively transformed organizations to become more effective structurally, financially, and digitally.

Prior to working in the nonprofit sector, Bill spent 10 years as a systems and database engineer. He resides in Raleigh with his wife and two children, and enjoys watching NC State athletics.
