Andrew Atkins

Andrew Atkins is an associate at Smith Anderson, a member of the firm’s Construction and Commercial Litigation Practice Group, and the commissioner for North Carolina’s Rules Review Commission. Atkins previously served as a judicial clerk to North Carolina Supreme Court Justice Mark D. Martin and as a reporter to the North Carolina Commission on the Administration of Law and Justice. He received both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
