André Béliveau
André Béliveau is the Senior Manager of Energy Policy at the Commonwealth Foundation and a Visiting Fellow at the John Locke Foundation. Previously, André served Locke as Strategic Projects & Government Affairs Manager and was a policy advisor in the North Carolina Senate. He also served as Vice-President of the NC Log Cabin Republicans and as Deputy Policy Director of the NC Young Republicans. Before working in public policy and politics, André served in emergency services as a firefighter, EMT, and dispatcher in upstate New York. He graduated with a B.A. in history from Marist College and holds an M.A. in government from Johns Hopkins University.
